Water quality testing

Often requested for FHA/VA loans, this is a test completed on private wells, but can also be done on city supplied faucets for any potential contaminants and overall assessment of water quality. Once testing is complete, we take the samples to a specialty lab and results are typically returned in 3 business days. Samples can be expedited for an additional fee.

Southern Brothers offers both a basic & basic plus testing package.

• Basic includes: Total Coliform, E.Coli, Lead, Nitrate, Nitrite and Turbidity.
• Basic Plus includes: Everything in basic, plus Iron, Manganese, and pH
